This page explains what data is collected on this site, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller
The controller responsible for data collected on this site is Nicolas MICHOULIER, trading as DermADN, reachable at contact@dermadn.fr.
Data collected
This site collects personal data via four channels: the contact form, the appointment booking module, the gift card purchase module, and the newsletter signup. Depending on the form used, the data concerned is:
- First and last name
- Email address and phone number
- Treatment of interest, and the selected appointment date and time slot
- Any message left as a comment or attached to a gift card
Your date of birth is never collected via this site: if you have given it to us directly at the centre, it is kept only in our internal management tool, under the conditions described further below (see "Birthday gift card").
With your consent, this site also uses Google Tag Manager to load audience-measurement tools (see details in our cookie policy); no advertising tracker is active at this time.
Enhanced confidentiality for skin- and wellness-related data. The choice of an aesthetic treatment, even without any explicit mention of a health condition, may constitute sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (data that may reveal information about health). DermADN handles this information with enhanced confidentiality: it is only accessible to team members authorised to manage appointments and treatment follow-up, is never used for commercial or advertising purposes, and is not disclosed to any third party outside the cases provided for in this policy.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to:
- handle contact requests;
- manage aesthetic appointments (booking, changes, cancellations);
- send appointment reminders;
- track treatment protocols from one appointment to the next;
- manage gift cards purchased or received;
- automatically issue, once a year, a birthday gift card to those who have given their date of birth to our team;
- send the newsletter (beauty tips, news and offers from the centre) to those who have consented to it.
It is not used for any marketing purposes without prior explicit consent.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting a form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), as well as, for managing appointments and gift cards, on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR). The birthday gift card, offered on DermADN's own initiative rather than at your request, is instead based on DermADN's legitimate interest in maintaining its relationship with its clients (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR); you may object to this at any time by writing to contact@dermadn.fr.
Retention period
Data submitted via the contact form is kept for 3 years from the last exchange. Data related to an appointment (booking, history, protocol follow-up) is kept for the duration of the relationship with DermADN, then [3 years from the last appointment, unless a longer legal retention period applies]. Data related to a gift card is kept until it is used or its validity period expires, plus the legal accounting retention periods. Your date of birth, when you have given it to us, is kept for the duration of the relationship with DermADN and is used solely to issue the birthday gift card described above. Newsletter data (email, first name) is kept until you unsubscribe.
Data recipients
The data collected is intended exclusively for DermADN and is neither sold, transferred, nor disclosed to third parties, except for the hosting provider necessary for the site's operation. Your date of birth in particular is never sent to this site or to a third party: it stays hosted exclusively in DermADN's internal management tool, which only uses it to trigger the creation of the birthday gift card when the time comes.
Contact form
The contact form on this site is processed directly by our own servers, which forward its content by email to DermADN. No third-party service is involved in this process.
Newsletter
Signing up for the newsletter is independent of the contact form: you can do so via the dedicated checkbox on that form, or directly via the form in the footer of every page on the site. Only your email address is required (your first name, if provided, is only used to personalise our emails). This data is used solely to send the newsletter, is never shared with a third party, and every email includes an immediate unsubscribe link — no justification needed, no account to create.
Birthday gift card
If you have given your date of birth directly to our team (never via this site), a gift card of a value set by DermADN may be given to you and sent automatically by email each year, on your birthday. This card can be used for any treatment offered by DermADN, under the same conditions as our other gift cards (see our terms and conditions of sale). Your date of birth stays hosted exclusively in our internal management tool, never on this site nor shared with a third party; only the gift card itself (its code, value and expiry date) is recorded here, so that it can be used online. You may object to this automatic sending at any time by writing to contact@dermadn.fr.
Fonts and external resources
The fonts used on this site are hosted directly on our own servers: no resource is loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address is never transmitted to a third party for this purpose.
On the gift card purchase page, this site loads a technical library (jsPDF) from the Cloudflare content delivery network (cdnjs.cloudflare.com), used to generate your gift card PDF locally, in your browser. This loading may result in your IP address being transmitted to this technical provider.
Cookies and trackers

Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the following rights over your personal data:

This privacy policy may be updated at any time, particularly as the site evolves (addition of statistics tools, online booking, etc.). The date of the last update appears below.
