Terms & Conditions of Sale

Scope

These terms & conditions of sale ("Terms") apply to any booking of an aesthetic treatment made through the dermadn.fr website (the "Site") as well as to any gift card purchase made on the Site. They supplement the Site's terms of use.

Treatments concerned

DermADN offers aesthetic and wellness treatments, including (non-exhaustive list, subject to change): microneedling, peeling, radiofrequency, facial and body treatments, and other protocols presented on the Site. The description, duration and price of each treatment in effect at the time of booking are authoritative; they can be found on the Site or communicated directly by the DermADN team.

Minors

Treatments offered by DermADN are available to minors subject to the prior consent of at least one parent or legal guardian. This consent may be requested in any suitable form (accompaniment on the day of the appointment, written authorisation) and commits the legal representative, in particular regarding payment for the treatment. DermADN reserves the right to refuse or postpone a treatment in the absence of verifiable parental consent.

Online booking process

Booking an appointment is done by selecting an available treatment, date and time slot, then providing the requested personal information (first name, last name, email, phone number). A confirmation email is sent to the address provided, summarising the booking details. Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms.

DermADN reserves the right to refuse, postpone or cancel an appointment in the event of doubt about a contraindication, clearly incorrect information, or misuse of the booking system.

Prices and payment terms

Treatment prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. [Payment is made on-site (card, cash or cheque) at the time of the treatment, and/or online at the time of booking, depending on the payment method actually put in place].

For gift card purchases, payment is made online by card, via a secure payment provider, at the time of ordering [payment provider to be specified once integrated]. No banking data is stored by DermADN: it passes exclusively through the secure payment platform.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, by contacting DermADN by phone or email, or via the management link included in the confirmation email.

Beyond this 24-hour window, and in the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the treatment remains due. An exception may still be requested on a case-by-case basis, upon presentation of supporting evidence (medical certificate, major impediment...), by writing to contact@dermadn.fr, by phone, or in person at the centre.

If the booking itself was made less than 24 hours before the appointment (for example the day before, for the next day), the client exceptionally has one hour from the time of booking to cancel or reschedule free of charge, without the 24-hour rule applying to them.

In the event DermADN is unable to honour an appointment (unforeseen unavailability, emergency, equipment failure), the client will be informed as soon as possible and offered, at their choice, a new slot free of charge or a full refund if the treatment had already been paid for.

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, nor to services to be provided on a specific date, which is the case for an appointment scheduled at a specific date and time.

For gift card purchases, the client has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of order, under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, unless the gift card has already been used in whole or in part, or has been personalised (message, recipient's name), in which case the exception under article L221-28 3° applies (goods made to the consumer's specifications).

Gift card validity

Gift cards purchased on the Site are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. They can be used for any treatment offered by DermADN, up to the credited amount, and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, except as required by law. The birthday gift card automatically given by DermADN (see our privacy policy) follows these same terms of use, except for two points: its shorter validity period (1 month from the date it is issued), and its use, which is limited to bookings of at least €60.

Exclusion of medical liability

The treatments offered by DermADN are aesthetic and wellness services. They do not, under any circumstances, constitute a medical act, diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace medical advice or follow-up by a healthcare professional.

It is the client's responsibility to disclose, before any treatment, any contraindication, medical condition, ongoing medical treatment, pregnancy or allergy that may interact with the intended treatment (see our dedicated contraindications page). DermADN reserves the right to refuse or adapt a treatment if the information provided reveals a health risk to the client.

In case of medical doubt, it is recommended to consult a doctor before booking.

Complaints and mediation

Any complaint relating to a treatment or purchase can be sent to contact@dermadn.fr. DermADN commits to responding within a reasonable timeframe.

Under articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved directly with DermADN, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [name and contact details of the consumer mediator to be designated before the Site opens for online payment].

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
