Terms of Use

Rules for accessing and using dermadn.fr, distinct from the terms of sale applicable to booked treatments.

This English version is provided for information only; the French version is the legally binding one.

Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the dermadn.fr website (the "Site"), published by DermADN. They are distinct from our terms & conditions of sale, which specifically govern the booking of treatments and the purchase of gift cards.

Acceptance

Simply browsing the Site constitutes full acceptance of these terms by the user. DermADN reserves the right to amend them at any time; the version in force is the one in effect on the date of consultation.

Access to the site

The Site is accessible free of charge, 24/7, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or technical failure. DermADN cannot be held liable for damages linked to a temporary unavailability of the Site.

Use of interactive forms

The Site offers several interactive forms (appointment booking, gift card purchase, contact form, newsletter signup). By using them, the user agrees to:

  • provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information;
  • not impersonate a third party;
  • not submit unlawful, abusive content or content contrary to public order;
  • not misuse the forms for purposes other than their intended use (fictitious bookings, spam, etc.).

Any attempt at unauthorised access, circumvention of security measures, or interference with the Site's operation is strictly prohibited and may be subject to criminal prosecution under French law (articles 323-1 et seq. of the Criminal Code).

Administration area

Certain parts of the Site are reserved for the DermADN team and protected by authentication. Any attempt at unauthorised access to these areas is prohibited.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, photographs, including before/after photographs, illustrations, logo, graphic identity, layout) is protected under French intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of DermADN or its partners, unless stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, of this content, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without DermADN's prior written authorisation.

Before/after photographs. Result photographs published on the Site are used with the explicit, written consent of the clients concerned, in accordance with French image rights law (article 9 of the Civil Code). Each client retains the right to withdraw their consent at any time and to request the removal of images concerning them, by writing to contact@dermadn.fr. These photographs are shown for illustrative purposes only: results vary from person to person and do not constitute a guarantee of identical results.

Hyperlinks

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (social media, technical providers). DermADN exercises no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, or personal data practices.

Liability

Information published on the Site is provided for guidance only and has no contractual value, except for information relating to treatments booked through the process described in the terms & conditions of sale. It cannot substitute for medical advice.

Changes to these terms

DermADN reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time, in particular to comply with any legal, regulatory or technical developments.

Governing law and disputes

These terms of use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
