Silhouette
Refining a silhouette is not always the same need: a localised pocket of fat and muscle laxity are not treated the same way. DermADN offers two complementary technologies, cryolipolysis and HIFEM, to precisely address what concerns you.
Two technologies, two different mechanisms
Cryolipolysis targets fat: it cools a targeted area to progressively destroy fat cells, which the body then eliminates naturally. HIFEM targets muscle: it triggers intense, repeated contractions through an electromagnetic field, comparable to sustained physical exercise. The two are complementary rather than interchangeable, and can be considered one after the other depending on the area and the goal.
Cryolipolysis
A precise, well-defined pocket of fat (love handles, outer thighs, under the chin) that resists exercise and diet. Not a weight-loss method: it works on an area, not on your weight.
HIFEM
An area you want to tone without going to the gym, an abdomen or glutes that exercise alone is not firming up. No needles, no heat, no recovery time: you resume your activities immediately.
How to choose
The right combination depends on the area, what it is made of (fat, muscle laxity, or both) and your body shape. That is the purpose of the conversation that always opens the first session, whichever treatment is booked: it confirms the indication, rules out the contraindications specific to each technology, and adjusts the protocol if both treatments are being considered.
